Community Commitment
Profound Conversations’ commitment to bring about change through conversation extends to the community, with a particular focus on Education & Youth. In 2004, Neil organized, co-designed, and facilitated the United Kingdom’s first Appreciative Inquiry Summit focused on Education – called “Leap of Learning”. Upon returning to the United States in 2005, he co-designed and led a similar summit in Chicago.
For the past 5 years Profound Conversations has also lent its support to the Positive Change Core (PCC) in its work towards transforming the Education and Youth sectors through/with pro-bono services. As part of PCC, he co-facilitated an Appreciative Inquiry School Summit with its President, Marge Schiller, in the State of Utah.
If you would like to support PCC’s work you can make a donation via their website: www.positivechangecore.org
Neil has also been active in developing community leadership through his work with the “Leadership Academy” of Naperville’s Chamber of Commerce.
