Community Commitment

Profound Conversations’ commitment to bring about change through conversation extends to the community, with a particular focus on Education & Youth. In 2004, Neil organized, co-designed, and facilitated the United Kingdom’s first Appreciative Inquiry Summit focused on Education – called “Leap of Learning”. Upon returning to the United States in 2005, he co-designed and led a similar summit in Chicago.

For the past 7 years Neil has served as a parent mentor for Project HELP, a non-profit dedicated to eliminating child abuse through parent education and 1-1 in-home coaching.  He joined the Board of Directors in 2013 and serves as Vice President and Chair of the Board Development Committee. You can find out more about Project HELP here.
